Instrument support, calibration coordination, and workshop service are handled on-site in Shepparton. Lab stock is held locally and delivered across our service region.
What to tell us when you get in touch
The more we know up front, the better the recommendation. A quick note covering any of the following helps:
- What you’re measuring — the sample type, rough volume or weight, how often
- Accuracy you need — readability, tolerance, or regulatory requirement (e.g. NATA, pharmaceutical, trade-approved)
- Where it’ll live — standard bench, fume hood, wet area, production floor
- Budget range, if you have one — helps us match model to brief rather than oversell
- Timeframe — stock availability and delivery windows vary by product
